Shared Table, a new café at Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park, opened on 14 September 2026. The concept is the latest venture from Jerls Su, the entrepreneur behind Average Service, developed in collaboration with Jazreel Low, spa director of Aramsa – The Garden Spa.
The menu centres on the Nourish Plate, a set meal based on the Japanese principle of Ichiju Sansai, meaning “one soup, three dishes”. Guests choose a grain, one protein, two sides and a soup of the day, with the format intended to work for both lunch and a sit-down dinner.
The café’s alfresco seating area is pet-friendly, allowing diners to bring their pets to the table.
A space built around pausing
Jerls Su described the intent behind the café’s design and menu.
“With Shared Table, we wanted to create a space where people can come together over thoughtfully prepared food, while taking the chance to pause and savour the experience of enjoying a meal together,” Jerls Su said. “Food has always been about more than what’s on the plate, but also about how we spend our time, the spaces we spend it in, and the connections we build with the people around us.”
