EDUtech Asia 2026 will take place at Sands Expo & Convention Centre in Singapore on 4-5 November, with pre-conference workshops on 3 November. The conference and exhibition is curated by Terrapinn and marks the 11th edition of the event. Organisers said it will draw 8,000 educators, school and university leaders, policymakers and technology innovators.
The event is themed “Human-centred education, powered by AI and tech”. It will feature more than 250 speakers across four stages, 14 hands-on workshops, over 200 exhibitors and more than 60 start-ups. Title Sponsors are Google for Education and Lenovo, with ClassIn and Samsung as Diamond Sponsors.
Keynote line-up spans universities and ministries
Professor Danny Liu of the University of Sydney will open the event by questioning whether educators remain in control of learning in the age of AI. Chia Hai Siang, Principal Specialist, Technologies for Learning at Singapore’s Ministry of Education, will speak on the AI features built into the Singapore Student Learning Space.
Professor Alison Clark-Wilson of UCL Institute of Education, co-founder of the Global EdTech Testbed Network, will address how schools and universities can know if their EdTech is working. Dr Cynthia Teniente-Matson, President of San José State University, will speak on building accessible, industry-connected pathways to AI-ready talent.
A keynote panel closing the event will bring together Professor Liu, Professor Clark-Wilson, Chia Hai Siang and Richard Burkhill of Rugby School Thailand.

“Our 2026 edition of EDUtech Asia will be our biggest yet,” said Clark. “There’s no better place in the region for those in the education space to come together to learn, share their challenges and leave equipped with practical strategies they can put into place in their own institutions.”
The free-to-attend exhibition running alongside the conference will feature more than 200 EdTech providers, including Google for Education, Lenovo, Samsung, ClassIn, Adobe, Canvas by Instructure, edX, Jamf, D2L, Moodle, Kahoot!, Padlet, MagicSchool AI, Wayground and Bambu Lab.
