Frasers Hospitality, a business unit of Singapore-based Frasers Property, has launched Fraser Suites Reserve, a new luxury serviced living brand aimed at long-staying global travellers. The brand sits at the upper end of the company’s portfolio, built on its existing expertise in extended-stay accommodation.

Fraser Suites Reserve Bangkok will be the brand’s first property, opening in phases from December 2026 with a grand opening planned for March 2027. The 255-room property will occupy the top ten floors of a 45-storey office and retail tower at One Bangkok, at the junction of Rama IV Road and Wireless Road.

Sharpening the portfolio

Eu Chin Fen, chief executive officer of Frasers Hospitality, said the new brand extends the company’s long-stay experience into a more exacting segment of the market.

Eu described the positioning behind the launch.

“Fraser Suites Reserve represents the next strategic step in strengthening our portfolio,” Eu said. “It draws on our experience in long stays, while responding to the evolving expectations of an increasingly sophisticated segment of travellers accustomed to the world’s finest hospitality.”

Frasers Hospitality said rooms at Fraser Suites Reserve properties are designed as private sanctuaries within the city, with many units featuring integrated kitchenettes. The brand also includes Club Frasers, described as a private lounge for guests, alongside dining, wellness and leisure facilities on property.

Service and wellness focus

Chew Hang Song, chief operating officer of Frasers Hospitality, set out how the brand aims to balance personalised service with guest privacy.

“For guests accustomed to the highest standards, luxury service gives the assurance that every detail has been carefully thought through and every need understood,” Chew said. “With Fraser Suites Reserve, this means providing an experience that feels immediately familiar and deeply human, supported by service that is warm and intuitive, yet respectful of their privacy.”

At Fraser Suites Reserve Bangkok, the House of Rejuvenation will offer therapist-led treatments alongside facilities including thermal pools, cold plunges, compression therapy, dry flotation and red-light therapy. Guests will also have access to The Wellness Edit, described by Frasers Hospitality as its proprietary global wellness programme built around repeatable daily rituals.
