GlobalTix, an Asia-Pacific reservation and distribution platform for attractions, tours and activities, has announced a partnership with Mavic, a Singapore-headquartered AI brand marketing platform.

The partnership gives GlobalTix’s partners access to Mavic’s AI-powered marketing tools, covering planning, content creation, publishing and performance tracking across social channels. GlobalTix said the move is part of its broader effort to support partner growth, including building demand ahead of bookings.

GlobalTix works with businesses ranging from major attractions with dedicated marketing teams to independent operators who handle bookings, operations and marketing themselves. The company said smaller operators in particular can struggle to keep pace with social media, content production and shifting traveller trends.

Marketing workflow in one platform

Mavic brings together the stages of a marketing workflow, from creating on-brand images, videos and copy to publishing and optimising results. GlobalTix said this offers smaller operators a way to maintain a consistent digital presence without a large marketing team, while letting established teams shift day-to-day content work to AI. Businesses that need additional support can also use Mavic’s managed marketing services.

Chan Chee Kong, chief operating officer of GlobalTix, set out the thinking behind the tie-up.

“Attractions should be focused on what they do best — creating great experiences for their guests, not worrying about their next social media post,” said Chan. “Through our partnership with Mavic, we want to take the complexity out of marketing, using AI to help our partners reach more travellers and grow their businesses without adding to their workload.”

Jess Tang, founder and chief executive of Mavic, described the aim of the platform.

“AI should make marketing easier, not give businesses another tool to manage,” said Tang. “We’ve built Mavic to take care of the heavy lifting, from understanding what content works to creating, publishing and optimising it. That means attractions can stay focused on delivering great experiences, while AI helps them stay visible, engage travellers and drive demand.”

Rollout to partners

The partnership is now available to GlobalTix partners, who can contact their account manager to learn more about Mavic’s offering. GlobalTix said it supports more than 180,000 experiences and over 15,000 reseller partners. Mavic, founded in 2023, said it has powered almost 10,000 brands worldwide.
