GovWare Conference and Exhibition 2026 runs from 13 to 15 October at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre. It expects more than 15,000 attendees from over 90 countries and regions, alongside 300 speakers and more than 300 exhibitors. It is the anchor trade platform of Singapore International Cyber Week. The event is supported by the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore. This year’s theme is “Anchored in Unchanging Principles: Cyber at Agentic Velocity”, focused on how AI systems that act autonomously reshape security, governance and accountability.

The programme covers defending core systems, designing secure architectures, and strengthening governance and collective action as cyber risks cross organisational, sectoral and national boundaries. Speakers include Jonathan Zanger of Check Point Software Technologies and Therese Quieta of A*STAR’s Centre for Advanced Technologies in Online Safety. They also include David Koh of Ensign InfoSecurity, Bartley Richardson of CrowdStrike and Hoo Chuan Wei of StarHub. Other speakers include Snehal Antani of Horizon3.ai, Kavitha Mariappan of Rubrik and Amir Ben-Efraim of Menlo Security.

Richard Ireland, chief executive of GovWare, said: “As systems become capable of making decisions and taking action with greater autonomy, no organisation can navigate the implications alone. The need to connect government, industry and practitioners, exchange knowledge and build trusted partnerships becomes more important, not less.”

GovWare 2026 will hold closed-door Critical Information Infrastructure Forums for financial services and healthcare. The Financial Services forum covers AI governance, post-quantum readiness and technology concentration risk, including a live incident scenario titled “Keeping Money Moving”. The Healthcare forum focuses on patient safety, AI adoption and operational resilience, including a scenario-driven discussion called “Keeping Care Running: Operational & Cyber Resilience in Action”.

A showcase is jointly presented by the CyberSG Research & Development Programme Office and CyberSG Talent, Innovation and Growth Collaboration Centre. It will bring together 10 cybersecurity innovators, including StrongKeep, AI Guardian and AgentSure. They cover AI security, agentic AI accountability and post-quantum readiness. Registration for GovWare 2026 is open.
