Hilton has opened bookings for NoMad Singapore, marking the brand’s debut in Asia Pacific ahead of a planned opening in late 2026. The hotel sits at the Cairnhill intersection on Orchard Road, developed in partnership with UOL Group on the site of the former Faber House building.
The property is designed by Singapore architecture firm WOHA, with interiors by Los Angeles-based studio Kevin Klein Design. It spans a 10,225-square-metre footprint and will include 173 guest rooms across 12 levels, among them 25 suites.
Hilton said the building will feature a 14-storey waterfall and vertical façade. The design draws on NoMad’s New York and European origins alongside Art Deco style and Peranakan tradition, according to Hilton.
Rooms and dining venues
The hotel’s arrival experience begins on the fifth level, with an open-air reception, the Lù bar, a terrace and a pool overlooking Orchard Road. Guest rooms and suites occupy the levels above, finished with marble, burlwood, custom wool rugs and paravent screens.
The room mix includes 71 “Atelier” rooms at 32 square metres, 42-square-metre “Parlour Suites” and 43-square-metre “NoMad Suites”. Hilton said the colour palette and finishes reflect design traditions associated with the nearby Peranakan shophouses at Emerald Hill.
Dining at the property is anchored by NoMad Grill, positioned at the top of the building and serving dry-aged meats cooked over wood fire alongside a raw bar and seasonal produce. The Tropicana Club offers a cocktail bar inspired by Havana’s and Singapore’s Tropicana Clubs, while Sticky Fingers, a new concept for the brand, serves soft-serve sundaes at street level.
Art programme and partnership
Hilton said the hotel will feature a collection of more than 1,860 artworks, with 90% created by Singapore-based artists. The programme includes commissions from artists with disabilities, developed in partnership with ART:DIS, a non-profit that advocates for greater access to the arts for people with disabilities.
Kristen Millar, chief brand officer of NoMad, described how the brand’s approach connects with Singapore’s cultural character.
“Singapore demonstrates a distinctive capacity for synthesis, whereby global influences are interpreted, integrated, and adapted until something entirely original emerges – locally grounded and unique to its setting,” Millar said. “As reservations go live for NoMad Singapore, we are incredibly excited to introduce the brand to new guests, and welcome back those that have come to know us well.”
Hilton said the opening expands its global luxury portfolio and its presence in the luxury lifestyle segment. NoMad Singapore will join the brand’s London hotel, which opened in 2021.
