TWG Tea has opened a new flagship store, the TWG Tea Gallery, at Changi Airport Terminal 3 from 1 October 2026. The 2,700 square foot space sits beneath a 23-foot-high hand-painted ceiling and is open 24 hours a day. TWG Tea said it is the brand’s largest global flagship store.

The store includes a Tea Boutique, a bespoke gifting section and a dedicated Takeaway Tea counter. It also houses the brand’s only Tea Museum, holding more than 170 antique tea wares and decorative objects that TWG Tea said it has curated over the past 15 years.

Museum pieces and design

The museum collection includes Yixing clay teapots left unglazed so the clay develops patina with use, along with Chinese and Western tea wares spanning the 18th century to the present. It also features blue-and-white ceramics and more than 50 antique samovars from Russia, including pieces made by the Batashev and Shemarin brothers. The retail floor includes a wall of more than 1,200 tea tins beneath a hand-painted ceiling depicting the migration story of tea.

Exclusive products

TWG Tea unveiled Grand Voyage Tea, a whole leaf green tea blend, to mark the opening of the flagship. The tea is sold in Grand Mode Tea Collection packaging at S$45.87 or can be ordered fresh at the Takeaway Tea counter. The store also sells tea-infused ice cream and sorbet exclusive to the location, including Pandan Gula Melaka and Coconut Tea Ice Cream and Soursop and Temi FTGFOP1 Sorbet, from S$6.50 for a single scoop.

Other exclusive items include a Mango Macaron finished with Alfonso tea-infused chocolate ganache and a Pistachio Praline with Crème Brûlée Tea-Infused Royal Feuilletine Crisp, both priced at S$2.29 each. Gift options include the Singapore Surprise Gift Set at S$89.91, the Bon Voyage Tea Set at S$55.05 and a Changi Tote Bag Bundle at S$98.
